WP5: Future Research

Shaping the Next Generation of Biogeodynamics Research

WP5 is dedicated to identifying key research gaps and future directions in biogeodynamics. By coordinating international collaborations, funding proposals, and doctoral networks, we ensure that the next generation of researchers is equipped with cutting-edge knowledge and tools to advance the field.

We aim to bridge the gaps between geodynamics, climate modeling, and biosphere evolution through interdisciplinary projects, cutting-edge simulations, and high-resolution reconstructions.

We collaborate with global research institutions, universities, and industry partners to develop innovative solutions for understanding Earth's long-term evolution and its implications for climate and life.

Our training programs include summer schools, workshops, and mentoring initiatives for early-career scientists to enhance their skills in computational modeling, data analysis, and interdisciplinary research methodologies.

What we do

Our main tasks
